The Contract Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts related to mining operations, including procurement, services, and construction. This office-based role ensures that contracts are compliant, commercially sound, and aligned with project and corporate objectives.

Specific role requirements:

Experience in working for Tier 1 EPCM company Experience in managing Civil & SMPEI Contract Packages - Pre-award and post award Demonstrated claims management experience. Ability to work in high performance team and managing client expectations  Ability to drive positive cost and schedule outcomes through collaboration and interfacing with key project stake holders Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in mining or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
