Description AWS’ growth is driving a rapid expansion of its contract operations team and has the need for a detailed, process orientated individual who will support contract onboarding for our private pricing customers. This will include managing multiple defined processes, ensuring data integrity within our systems, and communicating frequently with various teams. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator, be detail oriented, have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly changing environment. AWS contracts help deliver business value by ensuring all custom terms are captured and documented appropriately. Key job responsibilities • Own the process of drafting and onboarding various contract types depending on seasonal volumes and bandwidth needs. Responsibilities include facilitating facilitating communication between key partners, and implementation of agreements into contract management systems • Act as a resource for in-house reporting including operational volume forecasts, pipeline summaries, and metric tracking • Utilize system data to draft in-depth various contract types • Actively participate/drive process and system improvements • Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customization that meet business requirements • Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customization that meet business requirements • Communicate effectively across all related channels to ensure transparency of process About the team Diverse Experiences Amazon values diverse experiences. Basic Qualifications * High School Diploma * 2+ years of relevant professional experience * Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) * Experience in reviewing and validating customer documentation (e.g., contracts, purchase orders, statements of work) * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously * Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in ambiguous environments where continuous innovation is desired * Experience using Salesforce * Track record of being a self-starter and driving improvements * Experience contributing to inclusive, diverse team environments * Previous experience in document validation or contract review * Project management experience * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel * Experience working with cross-functional teams Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
