This position focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective candidates for clinical roles such as Patient Care Technicians, Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses, Social Workers (MSW), and Dietitians. The Sourcer partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strong candidate pipelines aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
While not all-inclusive, the following duties are representative of the expectations of this role:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future clinical staffing needs across assigned markets and specialties.
Proactively source clinical candidates using a wide range of channels including resume databases, job boards, social media, Boolean search, internal databases, referrals, professional associations, educational institutions, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain pipelines of pre-qualified, interested, and diverse clinical talent to support current and forecasted hiring needs.
Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess interest, availability, licensure, basic qualifications, and cultural fit.
Provide recruiters with qualified candidate slates to move forward in the hiring process.
Track sourcing activities and manage candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation standards.
Collaborate with recruiting team to refine messaging, sourcing strategies, and outreach campaigns based on market trends and candidate feedback.
Represent and promote the DaVita brand and core values in all candidate interactions.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to employment and recruitment policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' sourcing or recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare roles strongly preferred.
Experience sourcing clinical talent (RNs, LPNs/LVNs, MSWs, Dietitians, etc.) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases).
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
