Contract Sales Manager - Germany South

You should be located in southern Germany and have a very good network in this region. Therefore, you should have around 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. You will together with our Director Sales DACH and the DACH team responsible for implementing our strategy and coordinate local adjustments.

Your responsibilities

Develop and grow your local market to reach our sales targets for your region

Structured development and maintenance of our A&D, customer and dealer networks

Acquisition of new customers, with a focus on contacts in planning and interior design

Tap into your network to use leverage effects of network sales

End-to-end ownership of deals from initial contact to negotiation of terms and closing

Sell-in and implementation of in-store solutions, as well as novelties

Collaborate with internal teams and your sales colleagues to reach our overall growth objectives

Training of sales personnel

Support of showroom management and maintenance tasks

Your profile

Minimum 3 years’ experience of as Sales or Key Account Manager, ideally in the German contract furniture market (or experience from adjacent roles in architecture / design)

Degree in Business, Marketing or similar preferred

Existing A&D and client network in your region is an advantage

Ability to act independently, self-driven and results-oriented

Mature, credible, and comfortable in presenting in a professional environment on all levels

Strong acquisition, negotiating and closing skills, paired with effective time management

Fluent German and professional level of English, verbal and written

Ability to travel away from home, with the occurrence of odd hours

Driver’s license
