Stand Together seeks a Property Management Coordinator who is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. How You Will ContributeEffectively utilize ticketing to track response times, customer satisfaction, and trends Utilize software systems to manage internal moves, onboarding, offboarding, and storage Document facilities processes and procedures Manage work requests, document facilities issues, and establish timelines for resolution Proactively track and schedule preventive maintenance service, warranties, and life cycle information for office systems Manage vendor and building management relationships Troubleshoot and facilitate set up and repair of furniture and other office equipment Maintain inventory of physical assets, including furniture, appliances, equipment, etc. Constantly seek to develop and refine internal processes and proactively seek and solve problems using sound economic thinking What You Will Bring2+ years of professional or customer service experience High school diploma or higher level of education Technological aptitude, proficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to lift up to 50 pounds Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated customer focus required Outstanding communication skills, both written and oralAbility to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while integrating a high degree of attention to detail and organizationMotivated self-starter who can set priorities and follow through on deadlinesOrganized and committed to excellenceOur Values: Working at Stand Together is different from many other organizations.
