Join our Team and advance your career as aContract Management Lead
The Contract Management Lead works collaboratively with Technology Procurement Teams, Sourcing & Contracting in FBT, FBT Contract Enablement Team, Contract Advisory Team and other SMEs to deliver an optimal contract management approach in line with standard processes.
In this role You will:Manage and maintain the contract management policies, procedures, templates.Lead implementation of contract management activities, e.g. Supporting contract assurance and audit, manage contract expiry and contract close out activities.Support initiatives and projects to mitigate risk e.g. contract value leakage, risk management.Support internal partners with queries about contracts managed.Engage with the wider procurement organization to get alignment on strategy.Drive contract risk mitigation activities.Support audits with information about the contracts managed.What You will need to be successful:Proficient in EnglishCapability of understanding contracts written in GermanMore than 5 years working experience in Sourcing or Procurement Contracting preferably in the energy sector.More than 2 years of Contract Management preferably in a service-focused category (e.g. maintenance).Has in-depth knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement contracting processes with knowledge and practical application experience in contract review and contract close out.Demonstrated experience in contract management activities such as Counterparty Due Diligence, Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Certification with exposure/participation in commercial audit.Deep understanding of contractual clauses and knock for knock principles.Ability to communicate with varying partner levels within the organization, internal and external.Good interpersonal and communication skills required given diverse nature of operating landscape.Good influencing skills and the ability to motivate cross functional and diverse teams.Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills and ability to think creatively.Bachelor or Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Legal or Business AdministrationCIPS, MCIPS or ISM qualification, or at stage of pre-qualification is desirable.Please note that this role will occasionally require work outside of standard business hours – to join calls with overseas SMEs/Partners.
