If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Contract Logistics Supervisor** As a Contract Logistics Supervisor within the facility you are responsible for multiple accounts in all aspects: customer satisfaction & relations, productivity of your employees, key performance indicators (KPI’s) and quality/compliance. It goes without saying that employee satisfaction and development is also a big responsibility for you. **What you’ll do?** In this role, continuous evaluation and improvement of processes are essential. An improvement mindset is crucial, and coaching the team on this behavior is part of the responsibilities. Implementing processes, including those for new customers when applicable, is also required. Time spent on the shop floor supporting the team ensures the daily workload is processed timely and according to UPS SCS standards. Proactive review of operations performance throughout the day, challenging the team to ensure sufficient staffing and meeting KPIs, is necessary. Addressing service and quality customer concerns is a key responsibility. Maintaining a focus on employee safety, leading by example, and providing immediate feedback when improvements or concerns are identified are important aspects of the role.
