Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management Project Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the project. We need experienced and dynamic candidates that will ensure the successful delivery of the project, driving alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations. Their leadership will ensure the timely and effective delivery of the project. Responsibilities: * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Contract Lifecycle Management project * Accountable for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects to agreed schedule, scope, and budget * Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal and Contact Managers and external vendors, to define project requirements and deliverables * Ensure proper integration and compatibility across all impacted systems * Implement mitigation plans as needed * Work closely with all stakeholders and project team to track and monitor project health and escalate issues through established project governance * Assist with managing the vendor; ensuring implemental on partner is delivering in accordance with statement of work, project plan, project charter and adhering to project schedule * Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate project reports including progress and health updates, RAID items, budget * Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders and leadership * Chair project steering committee and governance meetings to ensure key stakeholders are aligned with the direction and progress of the project
