What we're looking for: We're looking for a diligent and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is vital for ensuring smooth system operations, providing essential support to our dealer network and internal colleagues, and contributing to key operational processes. You'll be involved in everything from daily troubleshooting and communication to executing critical monthly tasks and collaborating closely with team members to provide comprehensive coverage and support.

2+ years of experience leading or significantly contributing to the human-centered design process within highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.Experience working in globally distributed teams.2+ years of knowledge of Originations Systems (Credit Analysis, Contract Funding, Pinnacle LO, RouteOne, Program Management including PARMS2+ years of Dealer Services Analyst experience2+ years of Contract Funding experience2+ years of Team Leader experience

Experience with financial, lending, or dealer management systems (like Pinnacle, DSA, DISNE).Familiarity with dealer support systems (like RouteOne) and related account/access management processes.An understanding of finance or funding processes, particularly account discounting.Advanced knowledge of Jira and other industry-standard software.

What you'll do...

Provide comprehensive system and dealer support, managing incoming requests and troubleshooting technical issues, data discrepancies, and user access problems. Communicate effectively with internal users, dealers, and external partners to diagnose issues, educate on system usage and best practices, and prevent future problems. Administer user accounts and access across various platforms and environments for internal and external users. Execute routine and complex operational tasks involving data analysis, validation, and compliance checks, requiring high attention to detail. Contribute technical expertise, act as a knowledgeable resource, and assist with testing for system updates and projects. This role requires strong troubleshooting, communication (technical & non-technical), task management, and collaboration skills.
