**Primary Function**
As a Contract Recruiter, you will serve as a brand ambassador and strategic talent partner for a leading global consumer packaged goods company. You will drive business results by attracting and hiring top talent through a candidate-centric and inclusive approach. This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, including proactive candidate research and sourcing, talent pipelining, and ongoing collaboration with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners. Reporting to the Manager of Experienced Recruitment, you will support a variety of business segments and functions across North America.
Pay rate: $31 - $34.75
Schedule: M-F, 8 am - 5 pm CT
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (open to remote)
Contract Duration: 10/10/25 - 4/7/26
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Build and engage talent networks using a variety of recruiting techniques to meet hiring goals
+ Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and locations
+ Partner with HR and hiring leaders to define recruiting plans, strategies, and solutions
+ Act as an advocate for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and transparent hiring journey
+ Stay current on recruiting trends, talent market shifts, and compensation insights
+ Drive continuous improvement by leveraging innovative sourcing and recruiting practices
+ Execute recruitment strategies including employer brand promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process oversight
+ Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement diversity and inclusion recruiting strategies
+ Participate in industry events such as hackathons, meetups, and conferences to build talent pipelines
+ Communicate and evolve a clear talent value proposition and digital “go-to-market” strategy
+ Manage a full-cycle recruitment desk supporting ongoing hiring needs across multiple functions
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong client service orientation with a positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
+ Proven ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders
+ Excellent judgment, professionalism, and perseverance
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
+ Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
+ Experience developing sourcing strategies, assessing candidates, and managing full-cycle recruitment
+ Familiarity with recruiting for technical and digital functions such as Data, Digital, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Supply Chain (corporate and field)
**Education & Experience**
+ High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
+ 6+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, including cold calling and full lifecycle recruiting
+ Experience recruiting for diverse skill sets and backgrounds across technical and digital roles
