MAU is hiring a Contract Customer Planner for our client in Fountain Inn, SC. As a Contract Customer Planner, you will serve as the primary supply chain liaison between Bosch Rexroth and multiple business partners, managing the full order-to-ship cycle and related logistics inquiries. This is a short-term, contract assignment through October 31st, 2025.

Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field OR Associate’s degree in related field and 3+ years of customer-facing supply chain experience OR High school diploma and 8+ years of customer-facing supply chain experience Preferred Education and Experience Experience with SAP (MM, PP, SD modules) preferred Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills General Requirements Ability to analyze and manipulate data thoroughly Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments and with customers Essential Functions Represent the Mobile Hydraulics division and act as the primary liaison between the site and key customers Own and manage the order-to-ship cycle, including: Daily communication with customers via phone and email Weekly forecast maintenance and analysis Order entry and maintenance Shipping schedule coordination Management of expedited shipments Create, manage, and maintain scheduling agreements and purchase orders Collaborate with Sales to set up and maintain customer master data Coordinate with Physical Logistics to manage outbound shipments Work with Production Planning to prioritize scheduling to meet customer demands Support new product launches in collaboration with the plant Research and update data in multiple SAP modules Analyze and maintain data using Microsoft Excel Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
