Contract Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Boston)

Our client in the telecommunications space in Boston is conducting a search for a Compensation Analyst for a 1-year contract. The ideal candidate will have some direct compensation experience with strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct job evaluations for new and existing positions to determine market compensation level, internal equity, eligibility for incentive plans, and moreUtilize best practices to support the development of base, variable, and long-term incentive programs that both support and align with business goalsWork with global HR teams to standardize compensation processes and ensure consistency both globally and locallyCreate market data reporting for HRBPs and internal managers

Qualifications:
