**Schedule:** Monday - Friday
**Shift** : Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm; Friday work from home
**Location** : 2600 Westhall Lane, Maitland FL 32751
(Travel required to the Central Florida Division to visit practices and hospitals)

**The role you'll contribute:** The Contract & Communications Coordinator develops and leads communications programs and materials to support and enhance the organizations brand operations. This role will also be responsible for managing provider employment, professional service agreements and lease contract processes.

+ Reviews patient satisfaction scores and supports action planning for improvement.
+ Discusses ways in which employees can contribute to patient satisfaction.
+ Reviews financial impact of contracts with finance leadership.
+ Assures that all contract stakeholders are knowledgeable about changes and upcoming agreements.
+ Complies with accrediting agency standards to ensure the lab maintains accreditation.
+ Ensures compliance with CMS standards and changes made by any regulatory agency.
+ Ensures departmental staff complies with hospital-wide and departmental policies.
+ Works with HR Recruiter for staffing, including selection, screening, and interviews.
+ Ensures employees are properly oriented, trained, and evaluated for specific job responsibilities.
+ Ensures initial and ongoing competency is up to date.
+ Consults Human Resources for guidance in progressive counseling and terminations.
**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**
**Minimum qualifications** :
+ Associates Degree in Nursing, Business or related field
+ Minimum 2 years experience in a clinic setting
+ Must have problem solving/decision making skills to identify issues and evaluate options and implement solutions.
+ Knowledge of basic state and federal laws as applicable to clinic setting
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
+ 1 year experience in a leadership or project management role
