Fox Corporation is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support the FOX Campus Team during peak hiring cycles. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to the FOX Campus Team in all aspects of the recruiting life cycle for internships and entry-level rolesPost internship and entry-level positions to ATS and supporting job boardsResponsible for the candidate interview experience from first contact through the interview process to ensure a seamless experience Schedule a high volume of Zoom, phone, and on-site interviews locally and across the U.S.Track candidate interview status in WorkdayAssist in the hiring and onboarding of Fall, Spring, and Summer interns Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on application status via phone and emailAnswer candidate questions, as well as resolve or filter issues to the appropriate partiesPrepare and send candidate offer letters and close out hires in WorkdayMaintain accurate reporting within our internal tools and recruiting systemConduct various employment verification processes Act as the liaison between hiring managers and candidatesManage in-house interviews the day of to ensure that interviews are punctualCoordinate written feedback from interviewers and create candidate summary documents for candidate debriefsReview resumes, conduct initial candidate screens, administer assessments and perform data entry of candidate activitiesAssist with the organization of internship programming, events, and logisticsWHAT YOU WILL NEED
1+ year of administrative, HR, or coordination experience, ideally in a fast-paced or client-facing environment.Clear communication and strong organizational skills.A customer service mindset and attention to detail.Comfort juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracyBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Experience using Workday or applicant tracking systems is a plus.Interest or background in talent acquisition or campus programs is a plus.This is a temporary assignment (approx. 3–6 months). Candidates must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the project on-site in New York.
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $28.00 per hour.
