**Job Purpose and Impact** The Contractual Buyer will support sourcing and procurement activities within indirect procurement: Plant Material & Services and Corporate Material & Services categories, both Opex and Capex. In this role, you will execute complex sourcing and procurement tasks including managing end-to-end procurement activities for supported business. **Key Accountabilities** Execute medium and highly complex sourcing & procurement events. + Self-initiated mindset & activities to find opportunities and drive the implementation within Indonesia country (better cost, better services, better terms and better value for Cargill) • Drive the implementation of global/regional sourcing decisions that is relevant for **supported Business** • Provide inputs & supports to the regional/subregional category team for category strategy development and execution that is relevant for the **supported Business** . • Provide comprehensive understanding of business/countries stakeholders and procurement landscape. • Supplier Relationship Management: monitoring & managing supplier’ performance and aim for a continuous improvement mindset and stakeholder relationships. • Follow established procurement policy & procedures for procuring materials, goods, services & supplies to select suppliers for procurement of noncontracted materials, goods, services and supplies. • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. • Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, preferably with technical/engineering education background + Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
