Job Description

The Operations Business Line is seeking a specialist Contract Analyst responsible for the oversight of our contract review/ management process with Third Party Vendors.

You will be part of a collaborative and friendly team with a US reporting line.

This is an exciting opportunity as the team is now establishing their presence in the Warsaw office to enable them to work closely with our operations business line and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Partnering with Business Lines and Third-Party Vendors to facilitate the contract review process through various Bank stakeholders, including, but not limited to: Risk, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.Assisting in the review and response to contract redlines, managing negotiations and analyzing contractual documentation for issue remediation.Ensuring all contracts are reposited accurately as well as reviewed annually within the Bank contracting system.Knowledge of JD is preferred for this role.

The opportunity would suit someone with a legal background and 5+ years of working in a contract specialist role.

The role requires the successful applicant to work Monday to Friday between 2 PM to 10 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM - so please bear this in mind when applying to the role.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceFive to seven years of experience in an applicable risk management / contract focussed environmentApplicable professional certifications, e.g. JD or MBA
