Contract Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Contract Analyst to support the review, negotiation, and management of complex legal agreements, including IT service contracts, software licenses, SaaS agreements, telecom, and enterprise security contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal contracts and service agreements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, insurance requirements, and state/federal regulations.
Interpret contract terms and provide guidance to internal teams, attorneys, and vendors.
Maintain and manage contract databases, imaging systems, and vendor documentation.
Support audits, reporting, and internal risk management processes.
Recommend process improvements and support contract system enhancements.
Qualifications:
Experience with complex legal and/or IT-related contracts.
Familiarity with contract law, insurance certificates, and risk management practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and contract management software.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents and data reports.
Education or experience in legal studies, business, accounting, real estate, or lease administration preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Skills:
Paralegal background or equivalent legal contract experience.
Working knowledge of document recording requirements.
Experience with database systems and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
