Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization's contractual obligations.

Develop, review, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closureAnalyze and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and minimize risksCoordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and project management teams, to facilitate smooth contract executionMaintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and recordsMonitor contract performance, deadlines, and milestones, ensuring timely renewals and extensionsPrepare and process contract modifications, amendments, and change orders as neededConduct regular contract audits to identify areas for improvement and cost savingsAssist in resolving contract disputes and negotiating favorable termsGenerate reports on contract status, performance metrics, and financial implicationsStay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in contract administration

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration or a similar roleStrong knowledge of contract management systems and softwareExcellent documentation management and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesUnderstanding of contract law and regulationsKnowledge of industry-specific contract practicesProfessional certifications such as Certified Contract Manager (CCM) are desirableFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian business practices and regulations is a plus
