The Role\: Contract Administrator
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the administration of service contract orders for Premium Support Service offer, entering them into the system and management of the whole process while interacting closely with all the stakeholders.
What will you do?
· Validate the service contract orders received from SE partners and ensure that they include all mandatory information required to be able to process them
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders for any missing information within SLA to avoid delays.
· Process valid contracts through GlobalGig Orchestra
· Update Agreements after services have been carried out, issue certificates, send order acknowledgment or any other
· Create subscription and sends amail with details to the installer email (delivery email entered by customers in MySchneider.
· Assist in resolving service order discrepancies
· Escalate any issue which was not solved in 24 hours or needs manager’s help to solve.
· Ensure that the end to end process is completely fulfilled
· Other duties as assigned
