Job Summary：
This position will report directly to the Area General Manager, Southeast Region, Trane Commercial North America.

 

Responsibilities: 

Help SE Region close more profitable business, while managing exposure to risks inherent with all bid and contract documents.Provide support to sales and operations teams across the SE Region. Conduct initial review of customer agreements to determine method of acknowledgement of customer agreement.Manage relationship and workflow with corporate Contract Management and Risk Management departments.Check submitted documents for completeness and compliance with Company policy.Conduct contract review for customer agreements.Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction. Manage SE Region subcontractor program (Appruv).Review and complete essential documentation including, but not limited to: bid forms, bonds, certificates of insurance, purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements, contracts, licenses, and permits.

 

Qualifications:

Has strong knowledge of commonly used business concepts, practices, and procedures.  HVAC industry experience is preferred but not required.Requires associate’s degree in business, legal studies, paralegal or related field and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of business experience.   Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.Ability to apply well-developed written and oral communication skills required.Must be able to apply well-developed personal computer skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment required.Must be able to meet short- and long-term deadlines and goals.Ability to exercise good judgment required.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

 

 

Compensation:    

Base Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000/ annually. Please note, this position is overtime eligible. This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
