Administrative support required in the creation, negotiation and execution of customer non-disclosure agreements (NDA) as part of the newly established NDA Center of Excellence (COE). Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and editing of NDAs to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintaining organized records of NDAs and associated documentation. Assisting in the negotiation and execution of NDAsAssisting in the drafting, reviewing, and editing of COEs. Maintaining organized records of COEs and associated documentation. Assisting in the negotiation and execution of COEs. Support completion of High Risk & Mitigation Plan Templates and/or Tools and support the business to understand the risks and requirements to mitigate. • Participate in Program Reviews internal and external customers, if required.Escalate closure with customers when contractual challenges are present that require Contracts Senior Leadership engagement.Work Experience
Experience in creating, reviewing, and archiving Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) is essential, as well as an understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with internal and external stakeholders, clearly explaining complex information, and effectively conveying recommendations. The ability to identify and resolve issues, develop innovative solutions, and adapt to changing situations is crucial. Accuracy and precision in work are important, especially when dealing with sensitive information and confidential documents. 2-3 years of experience in contract management, data analysis, or related fields is a minimum requirement.Experience in creating, reviewing, and managing NDAs, including understanding their legal implications and ensuring compliance.Experience in working with or within Centers of Excellence, especially those focused on legal, procurement, or training, would be a significant advantage. Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
