Contract, Tender & Buying Group Specialist

We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised. **What You Can Expect** As a Contract, Tender & Buying Group Specialist you will administer and manage all aspects of supply contracts. Part of this job requires you to assist the Pricing, Quotations and Tenders on a day-to-day basis throughout our commerical organisation in the BeNeLux region. As you will be working within a regulated environement you will be able to demonstrate a strong capibility to deliver in line with company processes. **How You'll Create Impact** **Customer Contract handling** + Assist with the preparation and management all Zimmer Biomet customer contracts/tenders with the relevant Commercial Manager. + Communicate all contract changes to all relevant parties including professional contact with our customer virtually. + Maintain electronic contract/tender and all other process (e.g quotes/pricing forms) files for audit trail **Tender** + Take ownership of the production of all business proposals within your assigned region + Maintain and co-ordinate all aspects of the contracts/tenders on a day-to-day basis with a strong focus on governance + Showcase strong teamwork whilst creating usage reports, customer catalogues and end of year pricing reports regularly. **What Makes You Stand Out** **Languages** + Strong understanding of English, French & Dutch - speaking & writing **Personal skills and competencies** + Focussed on a 'right first time' mentallity with a passion for delivering + Customer oriented focusing on both internal as well as external customers + Commerically aware, ideally with experience in a Sales environment + Strong time management & organisational skills + Resilliant and adaptable in times of high pressue **Your Background** + Educated to a college level in Business, Marketing or other Commercially related studies + Good understanding SAP software and experience working with master data. + Experience across pricing related operations, preferably within the MedTech, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries. + Ideally an understanding of using Vendavo or similar pricing software tools **Travel Expectations** You would be required to be in our office in Breda at least 1 day per week.
