We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist:

Self-motivated Continuous Improvement professional to drive operational excellence across our organization.  In this role, you’ll lead teams of subject matter experts that optimize processes, eliminate waste, and enhance both productivity and customer satisfaction.  Working closely with people at all levels of the organization, you’ll implement data-driven solutions that deliver measurable results.

Core Responsibilities:

Design and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologyLead cross functional improvement workshopsConduct comprehensive data and root cause analysisDevelop and track project measurementProvide expert guidance on scientific problem-solving approachesCreate and deliver executive-level presentations and updatesManage concurrent improvement initiativesCollaborate with team membersOn site 3 days a week

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or >5 years continuous improvement professional experienceLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification5 years of experience applying LSS in a corporate environmentProven track record in data analysis and process optimizationSolid communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiencesExpert-level proficiency in data analysis tools and VisioStrong project management and meeting facilitation capabilitiesDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional teamsComfort working in a virtual environment with globally based team membersSpeaking fluent English (preferably C1-C2) - we are an international company and we interact with folks from around the globe on a daily basisStrong communication skillsStrong attention to details;Inquisitive mind
