**Job Description**
Danfoss Business System (DBS) seeks dynamic Continuous Improvement Project Leads to spearhead projects that significantly reduce the Other Factory Cost (Indirect Cost) in our factories.
As a vital part of the DBS More for Less (M4L) team, you will manage projects lasting up to six months, aiming to enhance our contribution margin by reducing Other Factory Costs, which includes MRO, Transport & Logistics, Packaging, Energy and Utilities.
Opportunities can be within commercial optimization, spend elimination, demand management, process optimization, re-specification, make vs buy, best practice sharing etc. and includes elimination of non-value added or duplicated efforts, waste and other related losses.
As a global company with over 100 factories worldwide, this position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time, working across all sites within your region. When not traveling, you may work from one of our offices or from home.
**Job Responsibilities**
Your primary responsibility will be leading projects with focus on reducing Other Factor Cost and delivering saving impact
In addition, you will have a role in training local factory stakeholders, enabling them to independently drive cost reduction projects within Other Factory Cost following the M4L methodology
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
+ Lead and coach cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities to reduce Other Factory Costs.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure engagement, create data transparency, define project scope, establish project teams, and facilitate Idea Generation Workshops.
+ Assist in the preparation of business cases and Tactical Implementation Plans (TIP), along with other project-specific tools and steps, to drive initiatives to successful implementation.
+ Manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) to ensure timely execution and achievement of agreed goals, provide corrective actions when necessary, and report out achieved savings to management.
+ Foster a culture of sustainable change and promote a productivity-driven mindset throughout the organization.
As a trusted partner and DBS Ambassador, you will collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders to cultivate a high-performance mindset and drive continuous improvement, specifically targeting Other Factory Costs across the entire value chain. Within DBS, you will be part of a global network, contributing to the development and maintenance of a library dedicated to M4L best practices

**Background & Skills**
To be considered for this position, you have at least ten years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Continuous Improvement within a performance-driven organization. Your background should be rooted in a manufacturing environment of a large or medium-sized company
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of hands-on experience in executing change management projects that reduce Other Factory Costs. You should possess both commercial and technical expertise and serve as an inspirational leader. Additionally, you excel at building rapport and installing confidence among peers and management.
