Job Scope:

This role is a hands-on position responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role focuses on driving high-impact process improvement to deliver operational excellence, challenge existing practices, and mentor team members—embedding continuous improvement principles throughout the business.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze data, processes, and trends to find opportunities, needs, and issues that could impact business results.Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their vision, objectives, and improvement needs, helping them define actions to drive impact.Maintain annual value stream mapping efforts, CI roadmap, and calendars, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Provide on-the-ground MOS/CI support through tool utilization and Kaizen participation as needed to drive and sustain continuous improvement.Ensure adherence to standard processes for data collection, documentation, and reporting.Coach and mentor project leaders and teams in implementing business improvement projects, ensuring the accurate use of tools and techniques.Track and monitor the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and appropriate actions are defined and implemented.Provide organization-wide visibility of continuous improvement efforts, tracking their progress and impact to ensure accurate prioritization.Identify ongoing training needs and assist in developing and implementing required training programs.Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and practices across the organization to promote a common and consistent approach to MOS/CI.Work closely with all functions to ensure robust problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques are in use, teaching, mentoring, and demonstrating them personally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.Proven experience and impact leading continuous improvement cross-functionally, preferably within corporate office and high-volume automated distribution center environments.Demonstrated application of Lean tools.Strong communication and facilitation skills across all organizational levels.Ability to form positive, effective working relationships across all levels and departments.Ability to lead and manage organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in from employees.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000
