Perform the deployment and support with coaching and monitoring the pilots of key projects and ensure the strategy is aligned and achieved during the annual plan. **Job Requirements** -Industrial Engineer or related with more than 8 years of work experience. -More than 5 years of experience as a certified BB or MBB, project management, Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodology, APQP. -Experience in OEM manufacturing processes and desirable in MRO (OEE, Productivity, Time per Part, TAT, VSM, etc.) -Results driven and effective communication skills.Cross-functional leadership and strong team coaching skills -Advanced English and French desirable, with availability to travel and valid US visa. **But what else?
