The Manufacturing Site CORE Leader (Continuous Improvement Manager) is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site. This role involves leading and managing the implementation of CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) principles to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. The CORE Leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop action plans, and ensure the successful execution of continuous improvement projects.
**What You Will Do**
+ Lead the deployment of CORE principles and methodologies across the manufacturing site.
+ Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities in collaboration with site leadership and cross-functional teams.
+ Develop and implement action plans to address identified improvement opportunities.
+ Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, workshops, and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Monitor and track the progress of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes.
+ Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
+ Collaborate with other CORE Leaders and continuous improvement professionals across the organization to share best practices and drive standardization.
+ Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels to build continuous improvement capabilities.
+ Prepare and present reports on continuous improvement activities, progress, and results to site leadership and other stakeholders.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Experience with CORE principles, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Experience leading successful continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
+ Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
+ Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels with effective communication and interpersonal skills
+ Data analysis and performance metrics experience.
+ Experience working in a manufacturing and production environment

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
