Continuous Improvement Lead – $25/hr + OT | 1st Shift | Woodstock, IL
We’re seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead to join our team in Woodstock, IL! This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, process-driven individual ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Pay: $25.00 per hour + overtime Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st shift (some Saturdays required) Location: Woodstock, IL What You’ll Do: Lead process improvement projects focused on waste elimination, line efficiency, and centerline management. Facilitate root cause analysis and develop countermeasures for recurring issues. Coach production teams in systems like Clean Inspect Lubricate (CIL), 5S, and Oscar scrap reduction. Analyze daily production data and work closely with maintenance and operations teams to drive performance. Support food safety, internal audits, and daily shift meetings. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement roles. Strong organizational, data analysis, and communication skills. Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools. Willingness to become Green Belt certified within one year.
