As part of the Plant Management Team, the ZF Production System (ZF PS) Lead plays a pivotal role in driving lean transformation and operational excellence. The team is committed to continuous improvement, fostering a culture of problem-solving, and ensuring sustainable performance across all plant functions. Collaboration, coaching, and strategic alignment are at the heart of our approach.

 

 

What you can look forward to as ZFPS Lead:

 

Lead Lean initiatives across the plant, coaching teams and promoting a problem-solving culture. Identify and eliminate waste through Gemba walks and structured action planning. Drive performance improvement aligned with strategic KPIs and the ZF PS roadmap. Conduct and lead workshops, audits, and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. Promote knowledge sharing and best practice replication across the plant. Set and align priorities using the Shop Floor Management (SFM) concept. Ensure sustainability of improvements through effective planning and qualification. Track and improve key performance indicators (LTAR, OPV, ITR, PPP, OEE, FCP) and CIS targets.

 

 

Your Profile as ZF PS Lead:

 

Academic degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., Six Sigma, Red X). Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and ZF PS principles. Strong leadership and coaching skills, especially at the management level. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Proven ability to lead projects, build teams, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Robust network within product lines, regions, and divisions.
