Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: on siteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:1.\tSupport Implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives, such as, projects, ideas, trainings and certifications through the plant2.\tSupport providing White Belt & Quality Wins Academy Training to Blue Collar Colaborators from multifunctional teams3.\tSupport the monitoring and compliance of the Continuous Im-provement procedure at plant level 4.\tAssist Quality Wins Audits periodically as required 5.\tParticipate in 5S Audits, follow-up actions and meet ABB’s re-quirements regarding 5S Standars for world-class level perfor-mance6.\tCollaborate to optimize and digitalize Continuous Improvement Modules, Tools, Apps and Metrics (Ex. PowerApps, PowerBi Dashboards, etc.)

Qualifications for the role

Active students from the last three semesters from careers like Industrial, Mechatronic, Mechanic Administrator (Graduate on Dec 2025 or Dec 2026)Availability from Monday to Friday 7 am - 4:36 pmYou are passionate to lean manufacturing metholodiesYellow Belt, Quality Standards, Six Sigma, Power BI Knowledge Preferred.Time management, Team Work, Listening, Results oriented, collaborative.
