**Job Overview**
The **Continuous Improvement and Footprint Quality Expert** is responsible for overseeing and ensuring quality integration and compliance throughout the mergers and acquisitions lifecycle—from due diligence through post-merger integration. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Operations, Legal, Supply chain, Engineering... to evaluate, plan, and implement quality systems integration that meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
The responsible will need also to define, standardize and implement the quality integration process.
On the top of these responsibilities, the candidate is called to participate and lead actively the quality initiatives aiming to reduce the cost of Poor quality at the business unit level

**Your main tasks:**
**M&A Quality Integration Process:**
Define the Quality Integration Process: Roles, Responsibilities, the process flow,..
Build the M&A Quality handbook.
**Due Diligence Phase:**
Lead the quality assessment of targeted companies during the due diligence phase.
Evaluate quality management systems (QMS), regulatory compliance history, certifications (e.g., ISO, IATF,.), and risks.
Prepare detailed quality risk reports for decision making.
Identify gaps in quality systems, processes, and documentation.
**Integration Planning:**
Develop comprehensive quality integration plans aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to harmonize SOPs, quality systems, and documentation.
Create timelines and KPIs for quality integration milestones.
Plan, monitor and execute all needed trainings.
**Post-Merger Integration:**
Lead the execution of quality integration plans for acquired entities.
Drive remediation efforts where gaps or compliance issues are identified.
Monitor integration progress and report to leadership regularly.
Drive the lessons learned sessions.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
Support the training of acquired teams on the company's quality systems and processes.
Build trust and effective communication channels with newly acquired sites and teams.
**Audit and Compliance:**
Ensure timely resolution of any quality issues or nonconformances identified.
Maintain full documentation trail of integration efforts for audit readiness.
**Continuous Improvement:**
Develop, implement and lead process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing CoPQ at the Business Unit Level.
**Your ideal background:**
Master’s Degree in: Industrial Engineering, Quality Management System or any technical field.
+ Minimum 7 years’ experience in the manufacturing quality environment.
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience of leading quality footprints or Greenfield implementation.
Proven experience in the problem solving.
Team Work
