You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Manage the Idea Generation System, collaborate with production and maintenance to implement the Ideas and report them to improve Morale
+ Deliver clear understanding of the requirements for the continuous improvement process requirements (e g behaviors attitude and culture) necessary to build a productive environment that sustains productivity delivery and improve safety, quality, and service
+ Support behavioral change across the plant, including support functions, through coaching and influencing employees
+ Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
+ Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
+ Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
+ Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities
+ Ensure the IL 6 S works carry out efficiently in Plant
+ Ensure that all operators, process engineers, line leaders and team leaders are trained and supported to implement the IL 6 S expectations step by step in the production lines
+ Organize IL 6 S Pillar Meetings, follows up of standard Work Processes actions, and specifically carries out works and executes the actions to ensure the complete continuation of DMS Work Process
+ Collaborate with Human Resources between employee representative groups, management and employees to develop a sustainable plant continuous improvement culture
+ Instrumental in achieving the plant conversion productivity target and identifying productivity opportunities to close potential gaps
+ Organize meetings with all plant functions to share continuous improvement status, define next steps in order to raise the performance bar, review plans to deliver sustainable productivity, and develop plans to drive towards a continuous improvement plant culture
+ Ensure efficient use of global communication platforms (continuous improvement symposium, external sources) to fill the local pipeline with new ideas and best practices, as well as providing the global plant network with local continuous improvement success stories and initiatives Global to local

+ Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
+ Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
+ Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
+ Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
+ Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data
+ Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and find effective solutions
+ Communication & Influence – Clearly explain ideas, convince teams, and gain buy-in for improvement initiatives
+ Collaboration & Teamwork – Work across departments, align goals, and engage operators, engineers, and managers
+ Adaptability & Resilience – Stay flexible in a fast-changing environment and overcome resistance to change
+ Leadership & Coaching – Guide and train teams, inspire action, and build a continuous improvement culture
**Technical University degree is a must and both local language and English proficiency are a requirement**
