Continuous Improvement Coordinator
The Continuous Improvement Coordinator has responsibility for Warehouse Structure Maintenance & Continuous Improvement in both our PA&A BRP facilities in Beloit, WI and Morrow, GA. Working in close collaboration with both Site Leaders and their respective teams, the Logistics Coordinator will also provide support on Safety, Maintenance, Operational Management & People programs and deliverables. This position will support the PA&A Distribution Manager of BRP Distribution Centers and reports to the PA&A Distribution Manager.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead Warehouse Optimization tasks as Bin type routine audits, Slotting performance KPIs, Slotting movements to improve operations productivity.Implement & Maintain Preventive Maintenance Software (Guide TI) Implement Lean Management tools such as Visual Aids, Management boards, Daily Meetings documentation, Lead KPIs & Gemba WalksControl Product Master data accuracy & performance and report gaps to cross-functional teamsManage Continuous Improvement: Train Operational teams on Lean Management, Launch Employee Ideas Program, Prioritize and Implementing initiatives working with Employees and SupervisorsOrganize & Maintain Environmental, Health & Safety documentationSupport Project Coordination for business projects related to Systems, Layout or Processes working in close collaboration with our Industrial Engineering Project TeamSupport Site Leaders & HRBP on launching People Engagement Initiatives Conduct analysis to identify bottlenecks & improvement opportunities related to Warehousing activities
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
REQUIRED:
High School Diploma3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse management, logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant fieldExcellent proficiency in PowerPoint, ExcelProficiency in AutoCAD, SAP EWMPrior experience managing projects from ideation to completionEffective written and verbal communication skillsRequired to work onsite in the Beloit, WI office a minimum of 3 days per weekAbility to travel up to 10% in both US and Canada
PREFERRED:
Bachelor in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering or in a relevant fieldAbility to communicate and synthesize complex information to diverse audiences and build presentations. Ability to create executive presentations.A sense of initiative and ability to excel, autonomy, structure, and rigor.Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.Customer focused mindset seeing the PA&A Supply Chain as a key enabler of differentiation.Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural teamLove what you do.
