Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers. **About the role** Participación y seguimiento a proyectos de mejora continua enfocados en la optimización de procesos, reducción de desperdicios, eficiencia operativa y generación de ahorros para la planta, colaborando con diferentes áreas. **Your responsibilities** • Recolectar información de procesos operativos • Analizar métricas de desempeño (KPI’s, tiempo de ciclo, desperdicios, etc.). • Identificar desviaciones o áreas de oportunidad. • Colaborar en la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas • Elaborar y actualizar procedimientos, instructivos de trabajo y formatos. • Apoyar en la preparación de material de capacitación. • Documentar resultados y generar reportes de indicadores de mejora. • Proponer cambios en métodos de trabajo, flujos de procesos o uso de recursos. • Observar y mapear procesos existentes (diagramas de flujo, SIPOC, VSM). • Recopilar y analizar datos operativos (tiempos de ciclo, desperdicios, cuellos de botella). • Identificar brechas entre estado actual y deseado. • Aplicar metodologías como Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, 5’s, entre otras. • Capacitar y sensibilizar a los equipos sobre las herramientas y beneficios de la mejora continua. • Dar seguimiento a la implementación de mejoras y verificar su sostenibilidad. • Elaborar reportes de avances, resultados y análisis de impacto. **The experience we're looking for** + Ingeniería industrial, mecánica, química o afín + Cursos o certificaciones en mejora continua, calidad o productividad (deseable) + Deseable + Inglés básico + Herramientas de mejora continua / Lean Manufacturing. + Six Sigma (básico). + Gestión de procesos. + Indicadores de desempeño KPI’s. **The skills for success** • Mapeo y análisis de procesos • Herramientas de calidad. • Estadística aplicada y capacidad de proceso (CP y Cpk). • Manejo de Microsoft Excel, Power Point, SAP (deseable). • Documentación y estandarización. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
