CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST III

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

Responsibilities: Identify & Evaluate Opportunities – Analyze current processes, data, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with Stakeholders – Work closely with cross-functional teams to define improvement goals, build consensus, and drive implementation. Apply Lean Six Sigma & Best Practices – Utilize broad knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to solve complex problems, address business needs, and deliver measurable results. Enhance & Adapt Processes – Modify and optimize existing processes, tools, and methods to improve quality, customer experience, and business outcomes. Drive Continuous Improvement Programs – Initiate, manage, and sustain CI programs that enhance organizational capability and reduce operational costs. Lead Projects – Manage improvement initiatives or key project phases within larger organizational programs, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. Support Training & Mentorship – Provide coaching, training, and guidance on CI tools and techniques to employees at all levels. Measure & Report Impact – Track progress of initiatives, prepare reports, and present results to leadership. Candidate Desired Profile: Minimum 5 years of related experience. Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering or related) required, master’s preferred. Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in Continuous Improvement role. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software. Ability to work independently under general direction while influencing cross-functional teams. What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
