Continuous Improvement Analyst

As a Continuous Improvement Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in advancing this mission by identifying performance gaps, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enabling process improvements across our North America operations. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
•    Analyze customer, market, and internal operational data to uncover performance trends and improvement opportunities.
•    Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Emerson’s business goals.
•    Support improvement projects through data collection, analysis, coordinate tool creation.
•    Develop and present clear, data-backed problem statements and solution proposals to team members at all levels.
•    Apply Lean principles and data-driven methodologies to resolve inefficiencies and drive sustainable improvements.
•    Communicate progress toward goals and critical metrics related to improvement initiatives across departments.
•    Stay up to date on industry and internal standard processes, tools, and technologies relevant to continuous improvement and analytics. 
•    Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timely execution and alignment with Emerson’s disciplined management process.
•    Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
•    Perform other duties and support initiatives as assigned.
•    Possible travel up to 15%

For This Role, You Will Need:

Associate’s degree in a relevant field.  Understanding of Lean and/or Continuous Improvement Concepts. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous learning Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft data tools (Excel, MS SQL, Power BI). Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field  Lean Certification or equivalent continuous improvement training Familiar with ISO / formal Quality Management systems Previous Flow Controls experience highly preferred
