Continuous Improvement Analyst

What you will do–

As the Continuous Improvement Analyst you will plan, perform, and implement lean process improvement initiatives across Instruments Manufacturing by organizing, leading, and facilitating cross-functional project teamsYou will lead using lean tools ((i.e. Line Balancing, Gemba walks, Standardized Work, Kaizen, Practical Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, 6S) to drive business results in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and costIdentify opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures with regards to Manufacturing workflow and software process improvement. Coach, mentor and lead project groups through lean initiativesPartner with cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-divisional leaders to develop, and implement best-practice based process improvementDevelop and implements process improvement activities directed at both employee competencies and technical skillsCollaborate with other functions to ensure that systems and processes reflect current specifications and to obtain information on new processes and systems to improve overall department service level deliverySecure commitment and accountability from functional stakeholdersDevelop communications for stakeholders on the improvements & conduct update or communication meetings

What you need–

Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of work experience or 6+ years of experience lieu of degree - requiredProcess improvement experience in a manufacturing or Office environment - preferredExperience leveraging data and technology to solve problems or improve processes - preferredMust be highly proficient in applications within Microsoft Office Suite & Power BI Reporting - preferredStrong interpersonal communication skills
