Contingent Workforce Manager

What You Can Expect

Manages the execution and governance of ZBs Contingent Workforce Program (CWP).  Drives workforce agility, compliance, cost optimization and ensures best-in-class experience for hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent talent.

How You'll Create Impact Manages the lifecycle of the contingent workforce program across multiple geographies.Serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.Monitors program KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics, and leads regular business reviews.Builds strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure smooth execution of requests.Acts as a consultative partner to ensure the program aligns with business goals and workforce strategies.Ensures adherence to internal policies, labor laws, data privacy, and co-employment mitigation strategies.Leads audits and ensures program documentation, onboarding, and classification practices are current and compliant.Drives process improvements in VMS usage, requisition intake, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding workflows.Partners with Procurement and HR on rate card reviews, role taxonomy, and supplier rationalization efforts.Delivers insights through dashboards and reports, including headcount, spend, tenure, supplier performance, and diversity tracking.Leverages data to identify trends, make recommendations, and support workforce planning.

What Makes You Stand Out Strong understanding of life sciences functions (e.g., clinical research, regulatory affairs, GxP environments).Experience working with MSP/VMS models (e.g., Magnit, Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday).Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.Experience with compliance requirements in regulated industries.Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.Your Background Required Education/Experience:  
          Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant 
          experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience.Preferred Education/Experience:
          Bachelor’s degree in HR, Supply Chain or advanced degree.
          Experience in workforce management, staffing, talent acquisition, or vendor management.
          Change management certification a plus.
          Knowledge of Functional Service Provider (FSP) and/or Statement of Work (SOW) models.
          Experience managing global or multi-region workforce programs.
          Familiarity with contingent workforce compliance in GxP-regulated environments.Travel Expectations Some travel expected.

 

 

This role has a salary range of $130,000-150,000 annually with additional earnings available via bonus opportunity.
