Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Content Trainer to join our top Financial Service client. This individual will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and facilitating the training of the technology rollouts within the firm. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning the proprietary technology tools used by the firm in order to teach cross-functional teams how to utilize them. They will be training teams via video conference and video modules that they will create. Additionally, they will be prioritizing tasks in Jira and articulating this to both stakeholders and the team. In this role you will need to contribute to the vision and roadmap for knowledge and learning.
