Content Supply Chain Architect – Workfront Specialized
CTG is seeking to fill a Content Supply Chain Architect – Workfront Specialized opening for our client in New York. Location: US-Based, Remote (occasional travel to NYC) Duration: 3 months, with potential extension Duties: Design and implement scalable Workfront solutions to streamline and support the full content supply chain Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, operations, and IT to gather business requirements and translate them into Workfront architecture Optimize use of project templates, custom forms, request queues, user roles, and reporting dashboards within Workfront Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as AEM, AEP, and Assets Essentials, as well as other platforms as needed Provide support for change management activities, including stakeholder training and user adoption strategies Identify and drive continuous improvement in content processes, governance structures, and performance metrics Skills: Deep expertise in Adobe Workfront configuration and administration Strong understanding of content workflows, marketing operations, and creative project lifecycle Ability to effectively engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions Proficiency in designing Workfront integrations; experience with Workfront Fusion or API-based integrations a plus Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferred Experience: Proven experience in content operations, digital marketing, or creative workflow design Demonstrated success implementing and scaling Workfront solutions in enterprise environments Experience in cross-functional collaboration and leading technology-driven process improvement initiatives Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
