Concentrix Catalyst is seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our content operations team. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Team Content Operations Manager and be responsible for leading a group of talented Content Specialists. You will guide the team in enhancing content quality, conducting audits, and implementing best practices. As a key member of our leadership team, you will foster a highly collaborative environment where team members can grow, learn new processes, and contribute to delivering exceptional content solutions for our clients.

Required Skills

·       Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 junior Content Specialists, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills and learn new processes

·       Conduct quality audits and content audits to ensure alignment with best practices and client expectations

·       Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the content delivered

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for optimizing production processes and enhancing overall content quality

·       Identify opportunities for team growth and professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

·       Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on audit findings to improve content effectiveness and usability

·       Utilize content expertise to contribute to the development of best practices and protocols for content management and quality assurance

·       Manage scorecards to monitor and assess team performance against KPIs, providing timely and constructive feedback to consultants to recognize their achievements and address areas for improvement

·       Collaborate with other team leadership for process improvement, project efficiency, and additional recommendations to our client
