Insight Global is seeking a Content Strategist to sit within a Customer Experience team focused on supporting digital product design. This role is local to NYC and will be in office two days a week. On a day to day basis candidates will be immersed in a design team, leading content strategy scope of work to be iterated, implemented and executed within the design process. Candidates will deliver a clear content framework and guidance for the mobile application and be able to work with the visual design partners to make sure all interaction specs for the app align with the strategy and brand guidelines. Being able to navigate a complex ecosystem between technical requirements and design requirements is key to be able to strategize content in this environment. There will be new features for the app that content is created for as well as iterations of current features to align with brand, tone and voice. Candidates should be comfortable taking initiative, speaking up on behalf of content decisions, think outside the box from a creative content standpoint and work with multiple stakeholders.
