What You'll Do

As Generative AI (GenAI) continues to transform how we capture, organize and deliver content, we are looking for a Content Manager – BCG Vantage with a strong foundation in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and their application in content strategy. This role supports the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Practice Area and plays a key part in enabling more effective structuring, reuse, and sharing of BCG’s intellectual assets with internal teams. This is a team manager role that involves engaging with TMT Practice Area leadership. The role requires knowledge of the Practice Area, their business offerings, taxonomy and key stakeholders. The role also requires good understanding of content management process - identifying content gaps, managing PA intranet, etc.

The Content Manager role reports to the Content Management Senior Manager – BCG Vantage and to the BCG Vantage Global Business Management Senior Director of the Technology, Media & Telecom Practice Area. This is not a client facing role.BCG collaborates with Technology, Media, and Telecommunications companies to solve problems and pursue new strategies as they continue to shape the future.

For Telcos, we help them seize new opportunities—and beat back familiar challenges, such as cost, M&A and competition from agile digital players—by focusing on seven key enablers including data-driven customer centricity, beyond-the-core expansion, network excellence, and AI.

 

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Helps develop overall content strategy for the TMT PA drawing on your knowledge of content management processes and business needs, guided by a strong focus on the application of GenAIPlays a crucial role in project management of several PA content related initiatives and special projects and constantly strives for innovating the processes by challenging the status quo.Works with PA leadership (LT) to drive content planning needs and help prioritize key tasks pertaining to content availability, dissemination and analytics.Shares best practices across topics teams; able to make direct and specific edits to improve content when appropriateEnsuring high quality standards in the PA and keeping key content sources up to date and ready for usePlays an active role in recruitment according to business needsProvides day-to-day apprenticeship & coaching for junior staff and assists in long term professional development and performance evaluationCapacity management within the team based on the business needs

What You'll Bring

7+ years of experience demonstrating advanced knowledge and content mgmt.Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in Information Management, Business Administration or a related topic to Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT). Other advanced degrees are accepted as well.Knowledge and familiarity with relevant topics/ sub-topics such as Semiconductors, IT Services, Network & Infrastructure, Media players, etc.Strong understanding of the consulting space and knowledge services and management processes in consulting firmsAbility to drive business processes with a diverse and global set of senior stakeholdersSound business acumen; advanced content management capabilities with well-developed techniques and approachesUnderstanding of GenAI tools, with the ability to apply them to day-to-day workFluency in English; other languages requested in certain locationsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
