Overview As a Content Project Manager, you will be responsible of coordinating 360 content campaigns of the group brands (media or creative agencies). The type of campaigns that you will need to coordinate are campaigns of editorial branded content, influencer marketing, especial OOH, sponsorships, product placement, events or street marketing activations. Also responsible for selling production services/projects from our production unit Prodigious. Will also participate in New Business projects and internal pitches at market level or internationally. This position will have direct contact with client leads of the agency and direct clients. Responsibilities Main point of contact for agency client leads (media and creative brands) and clients to receive briefs on content projects. Translate that brief into an internal brief for the different areas of content department: Influencer Marketing, Group Content Solutions, Editorial Branded Content, Especial formats for TV, Product Placement, Social and group solutions. Orchestration of all the content and teams of the touch points involved in the response to the brief to deliver on time, price and quality to the client 20% of your time will be dedicated to international or local pitches and will help the manager to develop New Business at an international level Promote Publicis Groupe products and services between agency teams and clients. Relationship with Publishers and technology developers to evolve and improve content solutions. Reporting and optimization: Track each campaign, budget control of each campaign and coordination / approval of billing, create reporting documents to follow up content actions with the clients. Qualifications University Studies related to Advertising, Marketing, Audiovisual Communication or similar More than 4 years of experience working in global media or greative agencies in content department or similar roles. Also, important New Business skills (International experience and global pitches is a plus) Project Management Skills. Coordinate teamwork, apply quality standards to the realization of the project and plan and control the development of a project. Good English skills is a must!
