Content Production Intern, Spring 2026
Job Summary:

About the Role & Program 

As part of the Talent Acquisition Marketing Team, you will join a team of dynamic individuals working with the recruitment organization to attract and engage top talent to a company known for crafting magical experiences for people of all ages. The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 - June 2026. 

What You Will Do 

We believe the magic of storytelling begins with you! You’ll bring concepts to reality in everything you touch from videos to photography, you’ll support the team in developing innovative, creative solutions to attract outstanding talent to The Walt Disney Company. You’ll make an impact through your transmedia storytelling passion and skills, digital media experience and background in your field of study communicating to a diverse audience through various visual mediums. Support Content Producers as a consultative partner– from intake to delivery 

Work in collaboration with internal partners, agency/vendors & collaborators in the development of multimedia content to support various channels or campaigns, including a comprehensive plan for optimal forms of media 

Establish detailed project timelines & production schedules to support content collection initiatives while ensuring a balanced project prioritization 

Partner with Designers to conceptualize /storyboard content and direct content collection shoots (video/photo); scout, select and reserve shoot locations 

Record and edit video including all pre-production and post-production needs, under the direction and mentorship of leadership, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, crafting and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media 

Assist in organizing our video/photo library – raw assets, b-roll and final footage/asset 

Collaborate with each team across our organization on the ongoing development & curation of content within the context of the organization’s overarching message and editorial direction. 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

Ability to provide support in pre-production/planning, in field production, lighting, audio, storyboarding /conceptualizing and photography, with the mentorship of leader 

Proficient in editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere 

Experience using professional cameras (DSLR) and lighting & audio equipment 

Engaged in the here and now while keeping a keen eye to the future 

Hardworking and knowledgeable about the digital media environment including top performing content for social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok 

Passion for The Walt Disney Company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives

Preferred Qualifications 

Knowledge of recruitment marketing or recruitment advertising industry practices 

Passionate about developing new insights, crafting solutions, and strategically helping the team grow 

Education 

Junior or Senior year preferred

Major or previous coursework in Media, Film or a closely related field 

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information 

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: 

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship​Be at least 18 years of age​Possess unrestricted work authorization​Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information 

Candidate MUST include a link to an online portfolio as part of the application process (including necessary passwords)

Candidate should be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship 

This internship is a primarily on-site position -- Required to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the Orlando, Florida or Burbank, California or Anaheim, California area. Also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace.
