Content Production and Performance Management

This is a great job for someone who has an  understanding of digital marketing and campaign/project management across multiple distribution channels, alongside experience in B2B marketing environments preferred.

A bit about the job:

The Content Production and Performance Manager will be a key member of the wider content team responsible for creating content in an engaging and visual way and managing the end-to-end production process. The role will work closely with the Content Planning Lead to ensure the delivery of content in an effective and timely manner. The role will also support in reviewing content performance and making improvement recommendations. The idea candidate will have experience in content production, workflow and associated technologies (Workfront, AEM, Everviz etc). The Role is accountable for delivering the end-to-end workflow of content from production through to distribution; liaising with stakeholders and colleagues across marketing where needed and It will support in the measurement and analysis of content performance providing actionable insights for with wider marketing team.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Experience of Adobe Campaign Manager and / or other email marketing platforms

Marketing and digital experience within financial services ideally asset management

Experience leading offshore development teams and managing / delivering a product backlog

Experience managing content marketing and marketing automation with an emphasis on lead generation

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong trusted working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, globally
