Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 1 year of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.
+ 1 year of experience in writing and copyediting.
+ Experience in content authoring tools.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in content production (E.g., Figma, Composer, Asana, Pulse).
+ Experience in content authoring tools.
+ Experience in content authoring tools.
+ Experience working with vendor operations.
+ Knowledge of YouTube consumer product areas.
+ Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with participating demands.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$105,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan go-to-market strategies, assessing content request needs and prioritize accordingly.
+ Create and deliver help content with direct guidance for go-to-market product launches and improvement. Assist with identification of presentation format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy.
+ Analyze data (e.g., help center page views, escalation rates, etc.) and leverage best practices to execute content strategies.
+ Develop knowledge across all product areas. Take direction from Vertical Leads, and the Content and Innovation team to execute content changes throughout the product life cycle.
