Join us as the vital link between strategy, creativity, and execution — ensuring our content doesn’t just launch, but lands with impact! **Core Responsibilities** + Coordinate the daily publishing of content across multiple platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and Pinterest, ensuring content reaches and resonates with our international audiences. + Oversee daily operations with external agency partners, ensuring seamless 24/7 publishing across all channels and maintaining a high standard of content quality. + Engage with a wide range of partners across the business, including editorial planners, production teams, community engagement leads, marketing managers, and others, to ensure alignment and successful content execution. + Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and implement tech improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and speed across the publishing process. + Continuously optimize workflows by identifying and implementing efficiencies in processes, ensuring that content delivery is timely, consistent, and impactful. + Thrive in juggling multiple deadlines and tasks while maintaining a keen eye on quality and innovation. **Play your part in our** **team succeeding** As a Social Media Content Platform Specialist, your role will be integral in shaping the way we connect with and inspire the builders of tomorrow! Join Our LEGO Agency where you will join our dynamic, cross-functional team, The Global Content Factory, focused on production and publishing of content across the full LEGO ecosystem (Owned, Earned, Paid & Shared). The output from our department represents the final phase of campaign and product marketing execution. This involves delivering final files to partners, managing assets in our digital asset management system, coordinating with marketers in local markets, and distributing content across channels. **Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?** A degree or equivalent experience in Media, Communications or Marketing and at least 3 years of experience professionally engaging with shoppers and online communities through social media platforms. Additionally: + Fluency in English (written and spoken) + In-depth knowledge of the social media ecosystem, with hands-on experience managing campaigns for brands or agencies across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and Pinterest. + Experience with Sprinklr, or similar social media management tools, to effectively manage and schedule content. + Strong understanding of processes within large organizations, with experience navigating and improving workflows in complex environments. + Excellent communication and collaborator skills, able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners. + Experience in collaborating with external agencies to ensure content is produced and distributed effectively. This is a 12-month temporary position isplaced in Billund.Relocation support is not available for this role. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
