**Our Team:**
**The Wonka Team (gen Ai content development) is new in-house creator team, with the role of developing content for the key brands of Opella across the consumer journey for touchpoints such as social, e-commerce, website. The team works with generative Ai to produce content in-house, in contact directly with brands and marketing. This is leading a true content transformation for Opella, operating in new ways, with new processes and a lot to invent.**
**We are looking for a daring and bold professional who will embrace the power of Generative Ai and Talent and challenge the status quo.**
**Main responsibilities:**
**Animate a team of content professionals fostering a culture of creativity and excellence, helping brands to pioneer content transformation.**
**Act as a central point of contact between art direction team, writers, strategy, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of content.**
**Develop and oversee end-to-end content production workflows, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability, from creation to distribution.**
**Oversee resource allocation, balancing workloads across teams to meet deadlines and brand demands.**
**Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.**
**Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines in all content operations**
**Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve content strategy**
**Collaborate with Martech team for automation opportunities and enhancement of creative capabilities.**
**About you**
**7+ years of experience in content operations, content strategy, or a similar role**
**Proven track record in implementing and managing content operations at scale**
**Strong understanding of DAMs, workflows, content creation software, generative Ai solutions.**
**Excellent project management and organizational skills**
**Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities**
**Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights**
**Experience in regulated industry is a plus**
