**Marketing Content Manager**
We are seeking a strategic and creative Content Manager to lead the development of compelling marketing content across digital channels. This role is ideal for a B2B digital marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, brand voice, and technology. You will be responsible for crafting high-impact marketing content and implementing AI-driven strategies to enhance personalization, efficiency, and engagement.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Content Creation & Management** : Write and edit marketing materials including email copy, social media posts, landing pages, and digital ads. Design social media graphics using IQVIA’s Build Your Own Tool. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content **.** Develop content ideas and concepts that resonate with a B2B audience, reflecting industry trends and company goals **.**
+ **AI-Driven Content Strategy:** Develop and implement strategies for leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, improve personalization, and enhance audience engagement.
+ **Brand Stewardship:** Become an expert in IQVIA’s brand and writing style guidelines and ensure all content aligns with our standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns.
+ **Performance & Optimization:** Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights. Stay current with B2B digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging content formats.
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required.
+ Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in writing omnichannel marketing content, particularly in a B2B context, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, email, and paid media.
+ Exceptional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to think conceptually and translate complex ideas into engaging content.
+ Stay abreast with AI and modern B2B marketing trends and recommend/implement best practices into IQVIA’s ways of working.
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $75,600.00 - $189,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
